Return & Exchange Policy

  • [OMP] will greatly accept any returned items Only by exchange the SAME STYLE of merchandise with same/different sizes with any equal value amount (there will be No money refund after any purchase done/All SELLS are FINAL!) 
  • All returns must be notified within 5 Days by Email (including Saturday, Sunday and Holidays) after received your package and within 10 Days must be Re-shipped by USPS (United States Postal Service), UPS or other legitimate parcel carriers to us, showing the date of shipment + tracking#
  • The Returns must be accompanied by RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) Form and The Original Invoice
  • Returns will Not be accepted without RMA#
  • OMP does NOT provide any returned stamp/labels
  • We will Not grant/accede any damaged returned merchandise due to poor method of delivery
  • Due to health issues and for the safety & hygienic reasons, OMP will Not under any circumstances accept any return and/Or exchange to any opened sealed merchandises
  • OMP is Not responsible for any lost/damaged merchandise during transportation
  • OMP is Not responsible for any replacement of any merchandises damaged by misuse and/or improper conducts of care/cleaning process
  • New Shipping and Handling fee will incur during the process of every returned merchandise back to the original buyer
Returns will be processed the next 3 following business days After receiving the merchandise in our facility (Monday – Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm PACIFIC STANDARD TIME; Holidays are not included)
